Simplify the complex: You have a proven track record of breaking down complicated workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences. Strategic. You don't just solve the problem in front of you; you think about the broader system and the long-term impact of your design choices. You Will: Take ownership of the user experience for a specific product area, from concept to launch. Conduct user research when necessary, including interviews and usability testing, to inform your designs. Create design artifacts that build consensus - wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with engineers to ensure your designs are implemented to a high standard. Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency. Champion a user-centric design culture within the organization.
