Dépassement et défis stimulants :
Sous la supervision du Contrôleur Financier, le comptable expérimenté jouera un rôle stratégique dans la modernisation et la transformation des processus financiers et opérationnels d’une multinationale technologique. Le comptable expérimenté aura la charge de la production des états financiers de plusieurs filiales. Il supportera également la maison mère dans l’implantation de nouveaux outils numériques ainsi que dans l’amélioration continue des processus afin d’accroître l’efficacité, la conformité et la performance organisationnelle.
Principales responsabilités :
Organiser, planifier et contrôler les activités comptables des filiales incluant :
Le suivi avec les comptables des filiales pour le processus de fin de mois et de fin d’année;
L’analyse des comptes et production de rapports divers;
Les ajustements au grand livre pour les fins de mois et fin d’année;
La participation active au processus budgétaire et à l’analyse des écarts;
Le suivi et l’application des contrôles internes;
L’application des taxes et le suivi avec les différents paliers de gouvernement;
Autres projets spéciaux.
Implantation d’outils et projets de transformation :
Participer à l’évaluation, la sélection et l’implantation de systèmes financiers et opérationnels (exemple : outils de planification budgétaire et de prévision et impartition de la paie)
Assurer la formation et le support aux utilisateurs pour faciliter l’adoption des nouvelles solutions.
Amélioration continue et optimisation des processus :
Analyser les processus existants (clôtures, payables, paie, planification financière) afin d’identifier des opportunités d’automatisation et de simplification.
Recommander et mettre en œuvre des solutions technologiques innovantes favorisant l’efficacité, la fiabilité et la rapidité d’exécution.
Collaboration et communication :
Contribuer activement à la gestion du changement en communiquant efficacement les objectifs et bénéfices des transformations.
Fournir un support analytique et stratégique à la direction dans le choix et la priorisation des projets de transformation.
Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes demandées par le supérieur hiérarchique
Exigences:
Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance;
Le titre CPA est nécessaire;
Expérience pertinente (5 à 10 ans) en implantation de systèmes, automatisation de processus et projets de transformations, idéalement en multinationale;
Expérience requise avec Microsoft Nav, CRM ou autres systèmes ERP;
Expérience en gestion du changement et formation des utilisateurs;
Connaissances approfondies avec Microsoft365 (Excel, Sharepoint, etc.); Gestion de filiales sur plusieurs continents (gestion des devises);
Excellente connaissance du français et de l'anglais;
Intérêt marqué pour les outils technologiques;
Sens de l’analyse et de l’organisation, rigueur, détermination, autonomie, bonne communication interpersonnelle, tolérance à l’ambiguïté et au stress, flexibilité.

Growth and stimulating challenges:
Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the experienced accountant will play a strategic role in the modernization and transformation of financial and operational processes within a global technology company.
The experienced accountant will be responsible for producing the financial statements of several subsidiaries. They will also support the parent company in the implementation of new digital tools and the continuous improvement of processes, with the goal of enhancing efficiency, compliance, and overall organizational performance.
Main Responsibilities
Accounting Oversight for Subsidiaries
Organize, plan, and oversee the accounting activities of multiple subsidiaries, including:
Coordination with local accountants during month-end and year-end closing processes;
Account analysis and preparation of various financial reports;
General ledger adjustments for monthly and annual closing;
Active participation in the budgeting process and variance analysis;
Monitoring and enforcement of internal controls;
Tax compliance and coordination with various government authorities;
Other special projects as assigned.
Implementation of Tools and Transformation Projects
Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of financial and operational systems (e.g., budgeting and forecasting tools, payroll outsourcing solutions);
Provide training and user support to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
Analyze existing processes (e.g., closing procedures, accounts payable, payroll, financial planning) to identify opportunities for automation and simplification;
Recommend and implement innovative technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times
Collaboration and Communication
Actively contribute to change management by clearly communicating the objectives and benefits of transformation initiatives;
Provide analytical and strategic support to management in the selection and prioritization of transformation projects.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA designation required
Relevant Experience (5 to 10 years) in system implementation, process automation, and transformation projects, ideally within a multinational company
Proven experience with Microsoft Nav, CRM, or other ERP systems
Experience in change management and user training
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Sharepoint, etc.); Managing subsidiaries across multiple continents (foreign currency management)
Excellent communication of both French and English (spoken and written)
Strong interest in technology tools
Soft Skills: Analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, determination, autonomy, strong interpersonal communication, tolerance for ambiguity and stress, flexibility
