What you’ll do:
Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systemsSupport members with cancellations, re-bookings, and unexpected travel disruptionsDeliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chatGuide members on how to get the most from their exclusive travel benefitsWhat we’re looking for:
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — a brief language test will be requiredTICO certified requiredGDS experience required (i.e. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar)At least 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experienceStrong customer service or call center background (minimum 1 year)Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)Strong geographical knowledge and genuine passion for travelProfessional communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressureA private, dedicated home office with wired high-speed internet (WIFI, Satellite not acceptable)
