Starting Wage Range: $25 - $26 per hour. This is the starting base range for this role and may vary based on internal equity, and a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Position Summary
The Administrator, Marketing supports the Data Marketing & Creative Services team by handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Tourism Whistler ambassador, living our purpose and vision with passion and energy, achievement and respect
Supports the execution of promotional programs, including assisting in aspects of prize fulfilment, coordination of travel itineraries, and delivery of relevant prize items
Assists with upload and coordination of photos and videos within the digital asset library
Organize and maintain marketing files, documents, and databases
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Supports with monthly purchase orders and budget reconciliation
Other tasks as requested by the Senior Manager, Data Marketing & Creative Services
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Passion and knowledge of Whistler, mountain resorts and the tourism industry
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing skills
Well organized and detail oriented
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask
Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office
