Job Posting Title Facilities and Maintenance Operative Salary Band £23,859 - £27,451 A1 Gen Job Description About the Role Group Property Services (maintenance) manage repairs and maintenance throughout the branch network, at Cobalt and other Group property. The remit would include physical security, plant checks, general maintenance, managing contractors who attend site, driving duties, opening and closing buildings as well as other ad hoc requests. As the face of Property Services Maintenance you will support the facilities and maintenance across our property portfolio of our head office, back office sites and branch network. This will include shift cover ensuring there is always resource onsite to support colleague’s requests whilst maintaining safety and comfort. Typically, you will work Monday - Friday on a rota basis although there will be some element of flexible working required and on occasion working at the weekend. We can talk to you further about how this will work so do reach out for a chat! About You You will have trade experience and a working knowledge of general building maintenance and operations. You will also be a team player and be able to work well in a busy environment where there are often changing priorities. You will be to communicate effectively with colleagues, visitors and contractors in a range of situations and will have a flexible approach to working hours. A full UK driving Licence will required for the role.
