Job Purpose
In this role, you will be on the front line of our business, working with our customers and the branch team to drive a high level of service aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience. Your focus will be on providing solutions to our customers through product application knowledge while ensuring accuracy of transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to grow their career in Sales or Operations. Able to answer equipment and small tool needs
Answer all incoming calls on the counter and deal with walk-in traffic
Resolve customer inquiries and deal with any issues or concerns
Provide customers with expert advice on the selection and operation of all the various types of tools and equipment
Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders
Write up rental agreements
Source available equipment from other branches within the region
Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment
Support all team members
Requirements
Team player
Ability to make outbound calls and generate sales
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to our “safety first” mentality, at all times
Demonstrate initiative and strong organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a professional customer service focused attitude
Conditions of Employment
Must have valid driver’s license
A recent and clean driver's abstrast will be required
Previous equipment rental industry experience

Pay Range: $27-34/hr
