We are seeking a Labourer to support the Construction site in Langford, BC by supporting trades, preparing work areas, and moving materials.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Transport materials across the job site and ensure they’re where they need to be
Keep the site safe and clean by removing debris and maintaining clear walkways
Set up and take down structures like fences, ramps, and barricades
Prep areas for subcontractors so they can hit the ground running
Work directly with trades to assist with specialized tasks and keep things on schedule
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience as a construction labourer
A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active on the job
Safe and confident use of construction power tools
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Dependable and punctual, with a proven history of consistent attendance and reliability
A desire to grow in the construction industry with a company making big moves
