Training (Days): Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Permanent Shift (Afternoons): Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Position Description:
The Team Lead is responsible for oversight of the daily activities of the production line by providing guidance and direction to employees assigned to the production line. This position ensures that the team is aware of the production timelines, provides status updates throughout the day and troubleshoots bottlenecks on the line.
Key Responsibilities
Set and follow Team Lead Standard Work daily
Complete Start-Up Checks
Assess manpower and break coverage continually with Value Stream Supervisors and other Team Leads
Conduct daily huddles with team to inform on progress and demands
Regularly update cell board and dash boards and review operator efficiencies
Utilize KPI metrics to compare actuals and to foster continuous improvement
Support operators with material needs, upcoming jobs and continuous coaching
Administer and support cross training initiatives
Adhere to Cam Tran safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of the product and plant operations
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in lean manufacturing systems, Production Control and Quality System
Skills & Competencies:
Leadership and motivational skills that inspire team commitment and accountability.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory management systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
