Key Requirements:
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
Previous restaurant leadership experience is considered an asset
Valid Serving It Right certification
Handle guest concerns and compliments with professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, upbeat, and passionate about guest experience
Enthusiastic about food, drink, and hospitality
Reliable, professional, and accountable
Availability to work weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Actively lead shifts in support of the senior leadership team, helping to manage labour and budgetary goals
Ensure complete guest satisfaction through genuine engagement and memorable guest connections
