This position offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to significantly influence the strategic direction and expansion of enterprise business segment. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Director – Enterprise to business growth across new and existing enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise business development, client relationship management, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping account strategies, mentoring junior team members, and expanding our enterprise presence through innovative, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
Act as the strategic quarterback for key enterprise accounts, setting the vision for acquisition, retention, and growth
Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and engaging high-value enterprise prospects across diverse industries
Collaborate with channel partners to co-sell solutions and enhance enterprise client success
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within enterprise organizations
Oversee the development and execution of enterprise account plans, proposals, and contracts
Analyze enterprise sales performance and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and revenue forecasting
Partner with internal teams including SMEs and Practice Leads to accelerate enterprise sales cycles and improve conversion rates
Represent the company at industry events and client engagements, articulating the value of our services and solutions to enterprise audiences
Ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements in all contractual engagements
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and coaching team members on effective enterprise sales techniques
Lead strategic account planning sessions to align enterprise client goals with company capabilities and long-term value creation
Monitor competitive activity and market shifts within the enterprise segment to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Represent the enterprise sales team in cross-functional leadership meetings, contributing insights to broader business strategy
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
10+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales Leadership roles, with a strong focus on enterprise clients
Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing complex enterprise client relationships
Strong background in selling data-centric, cloud, or AI-driven solutions to enterprise organizations across multiple industries
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decisions, negotiating, and fostering relationships at all levels, including with C-level executives in enterprise firms
Experience working with Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or a recognized system integrator is preferred
