Marketing Research Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Mining & Data Enrichment
Source, identify, and qualify new leads through databases, industry reports, news publications, government filings, and online platforms.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate and enriched lead data, ensuring completeness (contact info, company profiles, market relevance).\
Segment and prioritize leads based on alignment with target industries, growth potential, and strategic objectives.
Monitor competitors and track new entrants in the market to flag potential opportunities.
Parks and Recreation Master Plan Research (3–5 Year Outlook)
Research and analyze published capital improvement plans and government development initiatives across parks and recreation.
Compile detailed summaries of organizational and regional development strategies that may impact future business opportunities.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within specific verticals and geographies aligned with company goals.
Track funding allocations that may influence development projects.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Prepare periodic reports highlighting upcoming opportunities tied to 3–5 year development plans and weekly lead mining.
Deliver insights to Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Business Development teams for pipeline planning.
Develop competitor intelligence briefs to inform positioning strategies.
Create dashboards and visual summaries (charts, graphs, opportunity trackers) for leadership presentations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication to present insights clearly and persuasively.
Analytical Mindset: Skilled at synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations.
CRM & Data Tools: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of market research platforms is a plus.
Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in research, reporting, and documentation.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in marketing research, data analysis, or a similar role.
Fluent in both English and French (Intermediate level of English is required).
Strong curiosity, critical thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
