We’re on the hunt for a skilled Digital Designer (Motion & Brand) to join our team.
We’re a fast-paced, ideas-driven creative agency looking for a Digital Designer who’s as comfortable with motion as they are with typography and layout. You’ll collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to concept and execute compelling brand-aligned work—everything from animated social ads to immersive digital experiences. You bring a sharp design eye, smart ideas, and the technical skills to bring them to life in motion.

What You’ll Do
Concept & Design Execution
Create visually impactful, brand-aligned digital designs across platforms.
Design and animate content for paid social, display ads, motion graphics, and short-form video.
Translate brand guidelines into dynamic, digital-first experiences.
Design with performance in mind—balancing craft, strategy, and platform-specific needs.
Collaboration & Ideation
Partner with Designers, Copywriters, and Strategists to bring campaigns to life.
Contribute to brainstorms, storyboards, and mood boards during concept development.
Present ideas and participate in feedback sessions with internal teams.
Motion & Video
Edit, animate, and enhance short-form video content with motion graphics.
Ensure alignment with brand tone and storytelling across formats.
Digital Production & Asset Management
Design static and animated assets (GIFs, videos, graphics) tailored to each channel.
Prepare final files and maintain trackers for seamless production delivery.
Build and manage a library of reusable design assets and templates.
Platform & Channel Optimization
Apply best practices for digital, social, and affiliate media.
Optimize creative for engagement, conversion, and performance.
Presentation & Collaboration
Present creative concepts to internal and external teams, participate in brainstorming sessions, share fresh design perspectives, and storyboard creative concepts for internal presentations.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Portfolio
3-5+ years in an agency or studio setting.
A strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work across digital media.
Demo Reel with polished design, animation and video projects.
Design & Technical Skills
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography in both static and motion formats.
Strong understanding of current industry tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Broad knowledge of the animation/video creation process, from storyboards to rendering to optimization best practices.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Figma.
Knowledge of video formats, compression, and post-production workflows.
Bonus: familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D/Blender), AI tools, and/or basic sound design.
Mindset & Soft Skills
Creative problem-solver who balances craft with strategy.
Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a “get-er-done” mindset.
Effective communicator and collaborator across internal and external teams.
Comfortable presenting and iterating based on feedback.
Curiosity-driven, with a passion for exploring new tech and emerging design trends.
Nice to Have
Experience in UI/UX, interactive formats, or web design.
Strong understanding of Paid & Organic content, Social Media, Digital Out-of-Home (OOH), and emerging digital tactics.
Interest in emerging digital formats—AR, real-time motion, or AI-generated content
