About the Role
We’re currently on a mission to scale our marketing efforts, and are looking for
a curious, data-driven and hands-on Growth Marketing intern to help us discover
and scale new performance marketing channels. This is an internship for the
Winter 2026 term.

Challenges you'll solve
- Explore new paid marketing channels (e.g., Reddit, Quora, niche platforms)
for customer acquisition
- Design and run A/B experiments across ads, landing pages, creatives, and
messaging
- Analyze performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and identify opportunities
for optimization
- Help set up campaigns from scratch, including copywriting, creative
coordination, and tracking setup
- Document learnings and help to build a scalable playbook for each tested
channel.
- Collaborate with design, product, and data teams as needed to support
campaigns
About you
- A self-starter with a strong interest in digital marketing and growth
- Analytical mindset – comfortable with numbers and using data to guide
decisions
- Creative thinker – enjoys brainstorming campaign ideas and testing hypotheses
- Familiar with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or any emerging channels
is a plus
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance marketing metrics
- Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or any emerging channels and
tools like Google Analytics

$24.50 - $30 an hour
Compensation for this internship will be determined based on the number of prior
work terms or internships you have successfully completed, in alignment with our
intern pay structure.
