Arrived in Canada as a refugee (government or private sponsorship), applied
for asylum after arriving in Canada (refugee claimant/asylum seeker), or were
forcibly displaced. This includes individuals from countries such as Ukraine,
Afghanistan, Iran, and others.

Currently reside in the Greater Toronto Area or near the Greater Toronto Area.

You can attend the event in person in Toronto on October 17th.

Eligible to work in Canada (you must have Permanent Residency, Citizenship, or
a valid work permit).

What to expect in your role as a team member
- Take orders from guests with exceptional hospitality through friendly
attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge.
- Prepare different types of beverages according to standards including marking
lids and pots.
- Prepare food items such as bagels, wraps, sandwiches following proper builds
as well as maintaining food safety standards.
- Operate ovens/egg cookers and prepare baked products as assigned such as
muffins, donuts, breads, eggs, sausages, etc.
- Ensure all showcase specifications are met.
- Cleaning of the production area and back of the house area on a daily basis.
- Receive and Store Inventory in BOH during delivery as well as stock up items
in FOH daily.
- Maintaining a clean Restaurant interior, exterior, parking lot, dining room
and restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment each shift.
- Maintains Speed of Service targets by working efficiently with a sense of
urgency to fill orders and meet Guests needs.
- Promptly executes service recovery for any Guest concerns or complaints by
making it right with the Guest regardless of involvement.

- Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and responsible.
- Previous experience in customer service field is an asset but not required.

$17.60 - $17.60 an hour
Team members working full-time for 6 months are eligible to enroll in company
group benefits.
Candidates will go through an in-person interview on the day of the event. If
they are selected, they will be invited to the orientation.
