Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Insulation Helper. The Insulation Helper assists spray foam installers or blow in installers with the installation of spray foam or loose fill insulation in a safe and efficient manner. The Insulation Helper will follow the instruction of the supervisor to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
Maintains a safe working environment by following Yvon’s health and safety guidelines.
Assists spray foam crew and install batt and poly and blown-in insulation for residential and commercial projects.
Prepares job sites and ensures all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Setting up and maintaining equipment in good working order, ensuring workspaces are clean and organized before and after each job.
Adhering to all workplace safety laws and regulations, including the OHSA of Ontario and company safety guidelines.
Ensuring all work in completed efficiently, maintaining the highest level of quality and craftsmanship and conducting visual inspections to ensure insulation meeting required standards.
Performs other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma
Greater than one year of experience in a similar capacity
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs.
Standing, Squatting frequently.
Frequently climbing up and downstairs.
