Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Accounts Client Relationship Manager to join our growing sales team. In partnership with the Senior Regional Director, this role will be focused on driving sales and fostering strategic partnerships with key home office contacts across Canadian wealth management firms including broker/dealers, asset managers, and insurance companies. The ideal candidate will work in close collaboration with the Senior Regional Director to achieve sales targets across the suite of alternative products, enhance customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the national accounts landscape. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and home office research teams across key partner firms and prospective accounts. Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to grow the business and increase market share in assigned accounts; in addition collaborate with broader sales team to build client expansion and retention opportunities for the Advisor Sales Team. Partnership: Work in partnership with the Senior Regional Director to create and implement sales initiatives aimed at driving both short-term and long-term sales growth, and to build client expansion and retention opportunities the Advisor Sales Team. Account Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in developing tailored solutions for clients based on their unique needs. Product Knowledge: Leverage in-depth knowledge of our products and services to educate and engage national accounts, ensuring they are maximizing their relationship with our company. Sales Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on sales activities and performance, including key metrics and progress towards sales targets. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, or related field. 3 years minimum experience as an internal sales associate in financial services industry. Knowledge of the Canadian Wealth Management and Asset Management landscape Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
