EVENT SERVER
We are looking for an event server to join our team. Understanding of Audio-Visual technology
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involvement in several types of service including breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, plated dinners and buffet dinners
Executing daily work activities according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
Anticipating guests’ needs; acknowledge and respond promptly to guest requests
Working as part of a team and communicating with your colleagues to ensure a smooth event
Clearing tables as needed throughout the event
Setting up and tearing down of meetings, functions, receptions, including moving tables and chairs
Working with groups from 2 to 200 guests
Serving all guests with a high level of service and in a timely fashion
Cleaning up after events including removal of décor, taking down the buffet, vacuuming, removing dirty dishware, sanitizing tables
Other duties as assigned
RENUMERATION:
Hourly wage
Shares in event gratuities
