Job Description: The Factory Warehouse Support Coordinator ensures supply availability by maintaining inventory accuracy, managing space and rack locations, and supporting daily operations with equipment. They develop SOPs, train associates on inbound/outbound processes, and analyze root causes of procedural, system, and incident issues. Additionally, they lead projects to improve safety, quality, and warehouse performance through collaboration and continuous improvement. What are we looking for? Education & Professional Qualifications: College/University degree in APICS CPIM designation, Supply Chain Management, and/or Bachelor of business Administration Will consider work experience if it is extensive and progressive with respect to increasing responsibility, with a minimum of 3 year’s experience in JIT production planning, operations planning, and warehousing Preferred experience with leading others. Demonstrated interpersonal, coaching and communication skills. Fully functional in Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level. Mobile, and capable of climbing ladders / stairs, capable of working at heights/on platforms, and capable of moderate lifting (55 Lbs). Position requires working approx 30% in an office environment and 70% in a non temp controlled warehouse environment Position will need to be available on an on call basis afterhours where appropriate for crisis management Position will involve some weekend and or Statutory holiday work Knowledge / Experience: Previous experience in food / feed process industry preferred. Capable of communicating, persuading, managing cost, initiating work, engaging peers, motivating themselves, functioning within a team, complying to work standards, mechanically inclined, leadership skills. What will be your key responsibilities? Providing direction to warehouse & forklift Associates Review, update and maintain SOPs for WMS related to RGU warehouse/shipping Review, update and maintain SOPs for Plant Warehouses related to RGU warehouse/shipping Perform, train and support associates in cycle count and inventory count requirements Systems discrepancy tracking and follow-up Shipping related issue investigations and follow-up- Outbound load quality, pallet stability etc Perform or oversee physical inventory counts of finished goods, kibble, packaging and or consumables as required Pro-active and daily follow up on repacks, refused trailers & shipping related quality Issues Ensure processes are in place to manage warehouse related Items- safety, quality, efficiency Create and maintain waste and rework KPI’s Implementation and follow up of continuous improvements in Warehouse Flow Report on KPIs for RC internal and external facilities- use KPIs to improve efficiencies Warehouse upkeep and maintenance (including Shipping Equipment, racking) Warehouse location allocation Trailer yard oversight- upkeep and maintenance Creation of warehouse purchase orders Manage logistics surrounding waste company accounts Post & communicate all Warehouse KPIs Ensure financial expenses with suppliers are fulfilled according to contracts and MARS policies Helps to ensure high TRS levels for the factory through efficient planning, and cross collaboration with all departments to deliver competing objectives Manage storage of goods at 3PL and within internal warehouse What can you expect from Mars?
