We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager with a passion for mixology, creativity and the ability to lead a high-performing team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Profile we are looking for:
Strong background in bar management within premium or high-volume venues
Mastery of classic and contemporary cocktails, with openness to innovative and Korean-inspired creations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
High attention to detail, ensuring consistency, quality and smooth daily operations
Guest-focused approach with the ability to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
