We are seeking a talented Sous Chef with strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in a dynamic, high-profile environment.
Profile we are looking for:
Solid experience as a Sous Chef or in senior kitchen positions within premium or high-volume venues
Strong knowledge of Asian or Korean cuisine, or the ability and passion to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality
Ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a team while maintaining smooth kitchen operations
Creativity, resilience under pressure, and a hands-on approach to problem solving
