Job Description
As a DevOps Developer at VOSKER, you’ll help design, improve, monitor, and maintain our cloud infrastructure in an automated way.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with various teams to design creative, robust, and sustainable solutions that support business needs
Implement defined solutions with automation in mind
Maintain, monitor, and enhance our cloud infrastructure
Ensure infrastructure scalability to meet growing demand
Identify technical challenges and propose solutions
Contribute to security strategy development and advocacy
Participate in Scrum methodology activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, computer science, or a related field, with 3–5 years of DevOps experience
Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies, cloud infrastructure management, monitoring, and anomaly diagnostics
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka
Ability to read, understand, modify, and test code
Familiarity with DNS, ICMP, HTTP, and TCP
Solid automation skills
Strong grasp of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken), due to frequent communication outside Quebec
