We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Web Developer to elevate our digital presence, spearhead conversion-focused experimentation, and optimize performance across TrueContext’s web and demand generation channels. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation, you'll play a pivotal role in improving traffic-to-lead conversions, refining user flows, and guiding our digital brand experience forward.
Responsibilities:
Optimize Conversion Paths: Design, implement, and iterate on landing pages, microsites, and digital campaigns using A/B testing, multivariate testing, and heatmap/user behavior tools.
Web Development & Performance: Build scalable, responsive web experiences for desktop and mobile with a focus on SEO, GEO, accessibility, and page speed improvements, while maintaining seamless integrations with our CRM and MAP platforms.
Analytics & Experimentation Framework: Set up and manage CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, or equivalent) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4), and track KPI-driven experiments.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify conversion bottlenecks and recommend UX improvements or technical enhancements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, product, design, and rev‑ops teams to align on growth goals and optimize campaign performance.
Best Practices & Evangelism: Maintain and share CRO playbooks, experiment templates, and growth documentation across the marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks; comfortable configuring CMS, tag management, and testing platforms. Experience with WordPress preferred.
CRO & Analytics Savvy: Hands-on experience running CRO programs, personalization, A/B testing, optimizing conversion funnels, and interpreting web analytics.
Strategic & Results-Oriented: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable experiments and strategic improvements.
Collaborative Communicator: Effective at working cross-functionally—with design, marketing, product, and leadership—to drive shared objectives.
Growth-Minded: Experience in scaling conversion, performance marketing, or landing page optimization in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment.
Forward-thinker: Maintain a growth and learning mindset in proactively tapping into the trends and best practices for the rapidly changing digital landscape through AI.
5-7 years of web development and CRO experience, preferably in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
