Job Title: Senior Partner Marketing Manager
Locations: Remote US, Waterloo-Ontario, Remote Canada
A quick snapshot…
Conga is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global
Partner Marketing team. In this key role, you’ll define and execute go-to-market
(GTM) strategies with our largest global partners and key regional partners.
You’ll bring campaigns to life, align with cross-functional teams, and build
deep partner relationships that showcase Conga’s solutions in compelling ways.

Partners are central to Conga’s growth strategy. This role drives joint brand
presence, demand generation, and thought leadership with our partners—ensuring
we scale demand and deliver measurable ROI. You’ll be a critical connector
between Conga’s marketing, sales, and alliance teams and our partners’
ecosystems, creating campaigns and co-marketing initiatives that expand market
reach and fuel revenue growth. The impact of your work will be seen across the
funnel—from awareness to pipeline to closed deals.

You are a seasoned partner marketer who thrives on creating innovative,
data-driven campaigns with top-tier partners. You love activating brand and
demand levers across multiple channels and know how to embed a company’s message
into a partner’s ecosystem. You’re just as comfortable presenting to executives
as you are enabling partner sales teams. With a proven track record in project
management, campaign execution, and partnership enablement, you’re motivated by
building strong joint stories and long-term relationships.

- Experience & Skills
- 5–7 years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/software.
- 5–7 years of overall marketing experience with proven campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of partner channel models and GTM strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft compelling
positioning and content.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Wrike,
Crossbeam.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive
a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a
full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job
description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have
flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role
responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more
experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we
will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection
process.
U.S base salary range:
$81,308—$130,092 USD
