What you can expect to do here:
Support the design and delivery of land development projects as part of multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects – greenfield, infill and beyond
Prepare technical drawings and reports using AutoCAD and Civil3D
Assist with permit applications and approvals
Collaborate with internal teams and senior engineers
Contribute to project coordination and quality control

Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility.
What you’ll bring to WSP:
3 to 5 years of experience in land development engineering
P.Eng. designation in Ontario
Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Civil3D
Familiarity with Ontario’s land development process
Excellent written and verbal communication
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Valid Ontario driver’s license preferred
