What can you expect to do here:
Lead multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects – greenfield, infill and beyond
Serve as the primary client contact for design items, building and maintaining strong relationships
Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines
Guide the close-knit and collaborative design team through the approvals process with municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships
Support business development, proposals, and strategic growth
Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers

Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility.
What you’ll bring to WSP:
8+ years in land development engineering
P.Eng. designation in Ontario
Proven experience managing clients and multidisciplinary teams
Deep understanding of Ontario’s land development approvals process
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Project management skills are an asset
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D
Valid Ontario driver’s license preferred
