We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to provide supervision and support at our beautiful Salt Spring Island office!

What you will do in the role:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Team Leads, Insurance Advisors, and Auto Agents
Regularly evaluate the performance of the above team members, including identifying training needs, coaching, and development
Review and check the work of team members to ensure accuracy and content
Organize and prioritize work and ensure staff schedules are designed for appropriate coverage
Resolve staff and customer complaints and make recommendations for improvements to procedures
Perform all functions of the Insurance Advisor position in addition to supervisory duties
Carry out other duties essential to the position, as directed by the supervisor
What you’ll bring to SeaFirst:
Minimum of 5 years of personal insurance experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience
Knowledge and previous experience with ICBC is required
Level 2 Insurance license
