As a Fleet Administrator you will optimize fleet management processes and create efficiencies while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Monitor, report, and direct fleet maintenance utilizing Fleet Management software
Implement and provide training on utilization of Fleet Management software
Monitor and report on Safe Driving, vehicle maintenance, driver hours, and other performance tracking of drivers
Maintain all Pattison Ag unit licenses and permitting needs
Assist and maintain schedule for all location trucking needs, and direct trucking department staff
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and estimates
Record and book appointments for all unit maintenance and inspections
Assist in scheduling loads with outside carriers for factory pickup and delivery for Sales Department
Awareness of all government rules and regulations pertaining to Trucking Department for licensing needs including permitting for over dimensional working with SK, MB & AB permit offices
Requirements
Specialized expertise and knowledge in key areas such as agriculture/farming, trucking industry, fleet maintenance organization, administration
Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent computer skills including MS Office
Well-organized, self-assured, creative thinker, problem solver
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Ability to travel, and work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver’s license required
