YOUR ROLE:
As a Tax Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

Draft and prepare various legal documents and file them with the appropriate
tax authorities;

Conduct research in various specialized databases;
-
Prepare the procedural documents, exhibits, and case law compilations
necessary for court appearances;
-
Drafting of several requests to the tax authorities as well as their
telephone follow-ups;
-
Follow-up with clients on the status of their requests.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in paralegal technology or any other
equivalent training/experience;

Experience in a similar role;
-
Good command of French and English;
-
Good knowledge of the functions of the MS Office Suite;

Strong research skills and good analyze skills;
-
Good organizational skills and good management of priorities;
-
Meticulousness, autonomy, and ability to manage stress.
