What you will do at WSP:
Conducting emissions testing in Ontario and abroad
Preparing quotations per WSP standard requirements
Liaising with clients and governments to develop testing programs
Managing health and safety requirements
Field testing with travel, projects ranging from 2 days to 3 weeks at a time
At times may be required to work long hours and/or on weekends
Working at heights on stack platforms, rooftops, scaffolds, man-lifts, scissor lifts, etc.
Climbing ladders is a requirement
Working outdoors in most weather conditions (-30C to 40C, rain, snow) is required
Chemical handling
Heavy equipment handling (lifting up to 50lbs required) and maintenance
Data processing (Excel) and report preparation (Word and PDF)
What you bring to WSP:
Degree or diploma in chemistry, engineering, environmental sciences or related field is required
Demonstrated competence with Excel, Word and PDF software
Must have strong mechanical aptitude
Demonstrated work-related travel experience
Ontario driver’s license
Good driving record
Experience in driving a van with a trailer is a plus
