We are currently on the lookout for experienced customer service and sales consultants to join our inbound call centre teams in Joondalup and West Perth to support current and potential members with motor insurance products and roadside assistance services. This full-time opportunity commencing in September, will consist of an average of 37.5 hours per week, scheduled on a rotational roster that starts after the 5-8 week training period. The rostered hours are: Monday - Friday between 7.00am - 8.30pm Saturday – Sunday 8.30am-5pm Within this role you will: Be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services. Provide efficient and friendly support to 50-60 members daily, to understand their individual needs and recommend RAC products and services that best suit their lifestyle and preferences Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members What will you bring to this role?
