Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed customer outreach and appointment-setting goals, with accurate documentation of all customer interactions. Build a pipeline of prospects based on lease timelines and customer feedback. Maintain up-to-date digital records, including vehicle ownership status and customer contact details. Ensure every leased vehicle has a documented outcome at or before contract end. Learn and deliver accurate product knowledge and financial information presentations. Collaborate with the sales team and managers to ensure a seamless handoff and follow-up process for customers. Stay current with product updates, dealership processes, certifications, and licenses. What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet navigation. A polished, professional demeanor and strong communication skills in every customer interaction. Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and follow established daily processes. Self-motivated with the ability to proactively generate new business opportunities. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record in Ontario.
