Job Type: Full-Time OR Part Time
Pay: AB $55-$65 Hourly BC $68-$70 Hourly
Mint Health + Drugs is a fast-growing, pharmacist-owned company with 21 locations in Western Canada, dedicated to exceptional care and service beyond a typical drug store.
The Rotational Operations Pharmacist is a key member of the Operations Team responsible for providing relief to pharmacy sites requiring a pharmacist due to absences and supporting process improvement initiatives. This role ensures uninterrupted pharmacy operations, enhancing operational efficiency, and sustaining a competitive advantage. This ad invites independent contractors as well. We are looking for a rotational pharmacist to provide coverage across Alberta and British Columbia. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in diverse settings while enjoying travel and new experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately prepare and dispense medications as per prescriptions
Document and maintain accurate patient records
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications
Manage third-party insurance billing inquiries internally and externally
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree
ACP and BCPHA license in good standing
ISTM preferred
Authorization to Administer Drugs by Injection preferred
Valid class 5 driver's license
Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience within retail pharmacy is preferred
Strong organizational and operational oversight skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to implement and adhere to regulatory compliance
High attention to detail and good judgment
Ability to travel regionally
