Matti Restaurant is a bold new restaurant concept by Lifestyle Group, celebrating the vibrant spirit of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. It’s all about great food, good energy and a touch of madness served daily in the lively setting of Hard Rock Hotel Malta.
We don’t just serve drinks...we create experiences, shake things up, and add a little madness to every cocktail. We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and passionate Bar Supervisor ready to lead our bar team and raise the bar (literally).
Who you are:
An experienced leader with a solid background in bar supervision
Skilled in mixology and passionate about delivering outstanding guest service
Able to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and consistency
Cool under pressure, with a great sense of humour and style
