Matti Restaurant is a bold new restaurant concept by Lifestyle Group, celebrating the vibrant spirit of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. It’s all about great food, good energy and a touch of madness served daily in the lively setting of Hard Rock Hotel Malta.
We believe great Italian food should be bold, joyful, and just a little bit matto.
We’re opening soon and we’re looking for a Sous Chef who’s ready to bring energy, passion and flavour to our kitchen.
