Noibu is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to help us expand our market
share. As a member of our fast-growing sales team, you’ll have great insight
into how the full sales-cycle works, exposure to high profile customers, a
strong technical grounding in our product, and lots of mentorship and training.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify
influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will own the full sales
cycle, responding to both inbound interest and targeting outbound prospects to
build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Please note: this opportunity is exclusive to candidates in the Ottawa region
who are able to work from our downtown location.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospecting: you will self-source your own opportunities, while also working
with Business Development, Marketing, and Partnerships to assist with
pipeline generation in your territory
- Lead the development of compelling POC reviews and business cases in
collaboration with technical teams, showing the value of using Noibu to
eCommerce teams
- Forecast at an account level weekly, and maintain the benchmark conversion
rates through each stage of our sales cycle
- Leverage our tech stack, which includes Salesforce for sales activity and
Gong for personal improvement, collaboration and coaching
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts and deliver against
revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
and partners to assist with attaining revenue targets within your named
accounts
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle quota carrying software or technology
sales role
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
- Confident and driven. You’re proactive and motivated about reaching out and
following up.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interface
to senior levels of an organization and develop productive C-level
relationships
- High emotional intelligence - you enjoy building relationships, you value
collaboration, and have a good sense for others motivations.
What You'll Be Measured On:
- Driving revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly,
quarterly and annual basis
