🍻So, what’s the gig?
Support the Outlet Manager and Head Bartender from pre-opening chaos to post-launch rhythm
Keep the bar flowing: manage shifts, team vibes, drink quality, and guest satisfaction
Help with training, scheduling, inventory, and maintaining top service standards
Step in as acting bar lead when needed, leading the team with confidence and calm
Bring fresh ideas for events, promotions, and creative ways to surprise guests
Work closely with bartenders, service staff, and marketing to make the bar shine
🧠You might be just who we’re looking for if you:
Have experience in busy bars, pubs, or F&B venues, especially with a strong focus on drinks service
Know how to lead a team with energy, empathy, and a cool-under-pressure mindset
Are organised, proactive, and always thinking ahead
Understand how to balance people, product, and profit
Speak fluent English (bonus points for other languages)
Love creating memorable guest experiences through great service and expertly crafted drinks
