From day one youâll help shape the menu, the team, and the bold, approachable food experience that will define the venue.
đĽ What youâll be up to:
Youâll back the Head Chef in every kitchen detail including prep, service, hygiene, and leading the crew.
Take charge during service to make sure every dish hits the mark on time and quality.
Manage daily prep and mise en place, keeping the team coordinated and ready to roll.
Bring fresh ideas to the menu, specials, and seasonal twists.
Keep a sharp eye on food quality, consistency, portions, and presentation.
Help with inventory, stock rotation, ordering, and keeping waste under control.
Stick to hygiene and food safety standards both local and internal.
Train and mentor junior cooks to create a kitchen culture that is efficient and supportive.

You have solid experience as a Sous Chef, or as a strong Chef de Partie in a busy British kitchen.
Youâre hands-on, calm under pressure, and super organised.
You know the ins and outs of kitchen operations, food safety, and stock management.
You work closely and smoothly with the Head Chef and support the whole team.
Youâre passionate about great food, smart execution, and always improving.
English is your go-to language and if you speak more, even better.
Youâre ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays without missing a beat.
