Position Overview
Our Thunder Bay branch is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused team player to join our dynamic operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and flow of material and paperwork from shop to site.
Key Responsibilities
Tag all rebar orders accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with retail orders including:
Preparing quotes
Tagging materials
Generating order paperwork
Collecting payments
Print and organize all shop and delivery drawings
Reconcile retail inventory and shipment records
Process and coordinate inspection requests as needed
Support some purchasing functions
Act as a backup for other administrative roles within the branch
Schedule deliveries in coordination with trucking partners and job sites
Maintain well-organized and accurate job and delivery records
Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional phone manner; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
