What you'll do
Analyze WIP, compare to PY invoice and CY quote.
Propose invoices to Partner and Manager.
Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
Contact clients with outstanding balances to arrange payments or negotiate installment plans.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
Maintain detailed records of billing activities and collections.
Prepare and analyze aging reports to track delinquent accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather billing information.
Submit regular reports on billing and collections metrics.
Assist with internal and external audits related to billing.
Ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service regarding billing inquiries.
Use billing and accounting software to streamline processes.
What you need to succeed
Relevant education in Administration, finance, acoounting or related field.
Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
Positive energy and enthusiasm that fosters a collaborative environment
A certain level of comfort using MS Office especially Excel and accounting software
Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues
Reliable time management and task prioritization
A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
Fluency in English and a solid command of written and spoken French
