Specialist.

About the job:

Support project governance, reporting, and performance tracking across the
organization; ensure that all projects align with strategic objectives and
follow standardized processes with cross-functional teams to drive
operational excellence, improve visibility, and support decision-making at
the executive level.

Track project milestones and key deliverables to ensure alignment with
strategic KPIs.

Consolidate and maintain PMO dashboards, project documentation, and reporting
packages.

Conduct data analysis on project performance and generate executive-level
reports.

Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including project managers,
department heads, and executives.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda
preparation, and minute-taking.

Support portfolio management activities such as project intake,
prioritization, and resource planning.

Support the development and optimization of PMO frameworks, tools, and
standards, promote adherence to PMO methodologies and foster a culture of
transparency and accountability.
About the ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a
related field.

3–5 years of experience in a PMO or enterprise project support role with
strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Solid data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel,
PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or
Smartsheet.

Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across
functions.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with strategic portfolio management or organizational
transformation projects.
-
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is an asset.
