Requirements: High School or post-secondary education Two (2) years previous administrative, customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus. Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word. Required to work extended hours including occasional weekends. Responsible individual with high energy and a positive attitude. Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record for success. Reliable team player that is supportive of company drivers and co-workers. Work experience in the waste, recycling or environmental services industries an asset Key Responsibilities: Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes. Ensure that service is completed in accordance with established policies. Distribute, collect, and review route sheets for proper days end data entry. Interacts with customers, drivers, sales, & Operations staff. Fields incoming calls / emails from customers. Communicates with maintenance shop personnel. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email, telephone and two-way devices. Assist with month end billing process Other duties as assigned.
