About You
You’re not only a content creator, you’re a content growth strategist. You know
that great content isn’t just about producing assets; it’s about moving the
needle on awareness, engagement, and revenue.
You understand the evolving search landscape, including AI Optimization (AIO),
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and
you can implement these to win across search, answer engines, and AI driven
discovery.
You’ve built communities, expanded audiences, and driven measurable business
impact. You thrive at the intersection of storytelling, analytics, and strategy.
What You’ll Do & How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own and execute the content calendar: plan, draft, publish, and repurpose
blogs, case studies, social posts, webinars, newsletters, and white papers
aligned to growth KPIs.
- Grow and activate social communities: build programs that increase followers,
engagement, and conversions — not just posting, but leveraging platform
algorithms, engagement tactics, and influencer/partner amplification.
- Develop keyword and content strategies using SEO, AIO, AEO, and GEO best
practices, including keyword mapping, answer-focused content, and
optimization for AI-driven search.
- Produce thought leadership content: draft and edit long-form articles,
eBooks, and bylined pieces in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Interview subject matter experts and clients to extract insights, create
narratives, and shape stories that resonate with legal, financial, and
regulatory audiences.
- Run campaigns end-to-end: develop briefs, coordinate with design, and
collaborate with sales and product marketing to ensure messaging alignment.
- Measure and report on content performance: set targets for traffic, leads,
engagement, and community growth; analyze data; and adjust tactics based on
insights.
- Optimize distribution channels: manage email campaigns (HubSpot/MailChimp),
LinkedIn campaigns, and partnerships to maximize reach and ROI.
- Review, edit, and quality-check content for accuracy, compliance, brand tone,
and SEO optimization.
- Test and leverage AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows, scale content, and
generate new growth experiments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to ensure
content supports business priorities and go-to-market strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven track record of growth through content marketing and community
building.
- 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or
industries like legal/financial services.
- Expertise in SEO plus emerging AIO/AEO/GEO strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, paired with a
data-driven mindset.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel growth campaigns.
- Strong project management and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing your best growth-driven content work.
