Quebec and bring together several dozens/hundred of professionals working in all
spheres of law that can impact the commercial operations of companies. In recent
years, these firms have experienced strong growth and have been able to
consolidate their place in the legal services market. As such, they are
currently looking to hire lawyers with an intermediate and advanced level of
experience in an area of activity for which demand is particularly high, namely
litigation.
Here is an overview of the different levels of experience that are sought by
these firms:

Between 3 and 7 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation;

Between 3 and 7 years of experience in insurance litigation;
-
Between 5 and 7 years of experience in construction litigation.
This employer is particularly targeting lawyers who work in private practice and
thrive in such a professional environment. In addition, even if an appetite for
business development will be considered an asset, it is not necessary to have a
clientele or files in your name for your application to be considered. Finally,
