The PMO Solutions Architect is a senior-level technical role responsible for
leading the design, development, and optimization of systems that enable
enterprise-level project tracking and cross-functional data management. This
position focuses on building scalable, integrated solutions to support
operational consistency, centralized reporting, and strong data governance
across the business. The PMO Solutions Architect partners with functional teams
- including newly acquired manufacturing sites - to gather requirements, ensure
seamless integration, and drive adoption of data standards. This role may
supervise direct reports and provide technical support within the PMO Operations
team.
Key Accountabilities:
- System Design & Implementation: Lead the architecture and deployment of
scalable platforms for project tracking, data collection, and reporting
across R&D, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
- Business Requirements Translation: Collaborate with cross-functional
stakeholders to translate business needs into sustainable, system-based
solutions that enhance enterprise visibility and operational efficiency.
- Tool & Platform Development: Partner with internal teams to develop and
optimize tools that enable consistent tracking, centralized reporting, and
seamless data flow across business units.
- Data Pipeline Management: Design and oversee manual and automated data
pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency across
integrated systems.
- Training & Adoption: Deliver training and provide ongoing support to promote
system adoption, user engagement, and long-term usability across teams.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on platform
capabilities, system architecture, integration strategies, and emerging
technologies relevant to PMO operations.
- Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure
consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems and reporting
structures.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with PMO leadership to ensure system
development aligns with broader operational goals, strategic priorities, and
Telix’s mission to deliver precision medicine.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science or Art in a Science, Business, Computer Science or
related field.
- 7+ years professional experience with at least 3-5 years in system
architecture, data governance and/or enterprise data management
- Experience designing or integrating cross-functional systems that support
data/reporting needs across departments or sites.
- Familiarity with project/data management, data warehouse and reporting
platforms (ex. Smartsheet, Power Bi, Veeva, SAP, Coupa, Snowflake, One
Stream)
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, automation, and system optimization.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs
into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on
data integrity, usability and scalability.
- Experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech data management
practices is a plus but not required.
