ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Vibe Coder, you will join our team in a unique role that blends
business and technology. We are seeking a highly creative and technically
skilled individual who is passionate about innovation with AI , can rapidly
prototype business applications using AI tools and bring these ideas to life.
The ideal candidate will be highly creative and technically skilled, possessing
a deep understanding of business and the needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
You must be able to think fast, work outside the box , and have a passion for
pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve. You will join a team that thrives
on experimentation, moving at a rapid pace to build quick hacks in 24-48 hours,
develop prototypes within a week, and deploy solutions to production the
following week. This is an opportunity for anyone excited by innovation and
eager to shape the future of pharma with AI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with an evolving team in Commercial to establish strong
relationships and build partnerships
- Rapidly understand evolving business needs and translate them into innovative
technical prototypes.
- Design and develop rapid prototypes of business applications using modern
technologies (e.g., React, Python).
- Apply creative problem-solving to address complex commercial and
pharmaceutical challenges.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and industry trends, continuously bringing new
ideas and technologies to the team.
QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on rapid prototyping
and application development.
- Strong understanding of both the business and technical aspects of
application development, particularly within the pharmaceutical or life
sciences sector.
- Experience designing and developing rapid prototypes of business applications
using various technologies and platforms (e.g., React, Python).
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical
solutions and functional prototypes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders
to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Excellent and creative problem-solving skills to address complex business
challenges.
- Experience with NextJS, N8N and AI-powered IDEs (e.g., Cursor).
- Familiarity with leading AI platforms and services such as OpenAI, Anthropic,
and open-source AI models.
- A portfolio of real applications you have built, especially those using AI
(e.g., public GitHub repositories).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
