About the Role
In this role, you will join the Product Management team and report to the
Director of Product Management. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in
shaping Highspot’s product strategy, with a strong focus on leveraging
generative AI to solve real customer problems.
At Highspot, Product Management is a highly collaborative function. You’ll work
closely with design, user research, and engineering to explore how GenAI can
enhance workflows, drive automation, and deliver insights. Your deep
understanding of AI capabilities—and your ability to translate them into
practical applications—will be critical in delivering customer value. This role
offers significant ownership within the product portfolio, giving you the
opportunity to identify, define, validate, and ship innovative and
differentiated features.

What You'll Do
- Deeply engage with GTM customers (sales, marketing, enablement leaders) to
unearth common workflows, pain points, and agent interaction models.
- You will work with customers and stakeholders to create a strategic roadmap,
prioritize problems, and define requirements, then manage the backlog through
the product development process from discovery to general availability.
- You will become an expert on our software, customers, and our market, and be
able to identify, prioritize, and execute both tactical and strategic
projects.
- You work well cross-functionally with other teams, such as executives,
product marketing, and customer success, ensuring their objectives are met,
their opinions are considered, and plans are effectively communicated.
- You will collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other
teams to inform the shaping of requirements, features, and end products.
- You will dig deep into customer and usage data to identify opportunities and
evaluate the success of our efforts.
- You will work closely with industry experts to understand industry direction
and trends and identify R&D opportunities that can set us apart from the
competition.
- Balance rapid innovation with enterprise-grade requirements (security,
compliance, usability).
Your Background
- You have experience building software products and have over 2 years of
experience shipping products as a product manager in an agile, Scrum, or
Kanban environment.
- You have experience working on complex user scenarios with multiple personas
interacting through the tool.
- You have experience understanding intricate systems and partnering with
Design to deliver simple yet powerful user experiences.
- You are incredibly detail-oriented and enjoy polishing the experience of your
customers.
- You are experienced at taking ideas and ambiguous data, defining the right
outcome, and then mapping the right roadmap/backlog to get there.
- You have experience defining a strategic roadmap, leveraging multiple inputs
such as user research, customer data and company initiatives.
- You can communicate and articulate the strategy and roadmap to execs, team
members, and customers.
- You have worked with engineering teams as a product owner and have
demonstrable experience leading cross-functional teams to ship high-quality
products.
- In this technical role, you will be able to work directly with senior
engineers and instinctively understand technical concepts and trade-offs.
- You can comfortably handle many concurrent projects and to-do's, and
instinctively re-prioritize often without needing guidance. Highspot is in
the growth/scale stage, and you will be comfortable with the level of
ambiguity and workload.
- You are a strong communicator and can lead teams through difficult decisions.
- You have strong data skills in quantitative analytics and qualitative user
research.
- You can roll up your sleeves and pick up work outside your role definition
when needed.
Skills
- You have experience working with CRM systems and/or shipping platform/product
integrations,
- You have experience managing products for sales, marketing, or other
customer-facing teams.
- You have experience in consumer or B2B SaaS and understand the mechanics and
economics of a SaaS business.
- You have a technical degree or equivalent work experience.

Base salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 CAD
Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms
of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual
compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not
limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
