You’ll direct crews, mentor Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Foremen, identify training needs, and support apprenticeships.With a sharp eye on budgets and forecasts, you’ll optimize resources, remove roadblocks, enforce safety protocols, ensure quality testing meets specs, master‑plan and schedule complex builds, and serve as the primary client liaison—driving results that meet and exceed expectations.QualificationsRequired Qualifications (or Must-Haves)Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent Experience with milestone alignment and pre-construction/proposal supportJourneyman trade certification or equivalent experience.Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects on time and on budgetAdvanced understanding of LEAN construction principlesTechnical diploma and/or Gold Seal certificationWillingness to travel to required worksitesCSTS 2020 certificationPreferred Qualifications (or Nice-to-Haves)Infection Control CertificationLeadership training and safety certificatesAdditional InformationAt Chandos, we're not just constructing buildings; we're crafting communities.
