Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Data Entry Operator is to export project data from the Workfront tracking system to Excel files. The role involves accurately entering and updating data using Excel and internal systems, utilizing Excel functions such as formulas and pivot tables to organize and verify information. Additionally, the role requires performing data audits and resolving discrepancies, as well as supporting short-term project needs with administrative and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities
Export project data from Workfront tracking system to Excel files.
Accurately enter and update data using Excel and internal systems.
Utilize Excel functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP to organize and verify information.
Perform data audits and resolve discrepancies.
Support short-term project needs with administrative and reporting tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
1-3 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with project management software such as Workday, Monday.com, or other similar tools.
Experience with administrative support and clerical tasks.
Work Environment
The position requires working closely with the software manager and sharing the same office space. The role is office-based from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a business casual dress code. It is a short-term contract of 3-5 months, offering benefits and vacation plus statutory holidays. There is an opportunity for redeployment after the contract concludes.
