M3C is currently seeking an Administration and Compliance Coordinator (ID669) for a mandate with one of our clients in the IT services sector. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with forward-thinking teams and may involve occasional travel.

The responsibilities of the administration and Compliance Coordinator are:
Act as the main liaison for CADS SOX controls, collaborating with IT, CADS, and Internal Audit teams;
Manage and maintain documentation related to control procedures, evidence, and remediation activities;
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of control evidence, with a strong focus on quality and completeness;
Track and report on SOX compliance status, including control testing and issue resolution;
Support the development and refinement of SOX-related policies, procedures, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
The required qualifications are:
3 + years of experience in compliance coordination, audit support, or administrative roles within a regulated environment;
Solid understanding of SOX compliance frameworks and IT General Controls (ITGCs);
Familiarity with change management and QA/testing processes;
Knowledge of enterprise architecture or business partnership models;
Asset: Experience with GRC platforms or compliance tools;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Asset: Working proficiency in French.
