Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety) Maintain a healthy profit and loss What we’re looking for: 4+ years of experience as a retail store manager with a retail team of at least 10 associates and a $5+ million volume store 4+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment Ability to commute to either of our Vaughn mall locations.
